Uncle Joe's dad is the Assistant Fire Chief in Birmingham and they were having their Open House today because October is Fire Safety Month. So we went because Kenzie loves Firetrucks!
Kenzie, Mom, Hannah & Aunt Megan with Sparky the Firedog! They had lots of fun things for the kids to do...we went in the smoke house where we learned what to do if there is a fire in the house.
Then Kenzie got to put out a "fire" with the hose, she really liked this!

We didn't think she would go by herself but she climbed all the way up and went down the slide! It took her a while to get up and there were kids lined up behind her but she did it!She becoming such a big girl!

They just got this fancy ladder truck so they had it out for everyone to see!We had lots of fun and learned some new things about fire safety!
