1 month old!

Ben is 1 month old today (where did the time go?)  He is getting so big!  He has started to give us some smiles and likes to sleep.  Although he is not sleeping through the night yet it is getting better. 

 
He is a very alert baby, he loves to look around and watch his big sisters.  We can't wait to watch him grow even more. 

Kenzie's First Day of School

 Kenzie had her first day of 4 year old preschool today!  Here she is all ready to go!  Kenzie loves school and could not wait to start school.  She is going to New Haven's Little Rocket's Shooting Stars Preschool again this year.  She will be going Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays this year.  She has the same teacher this year, Ms. Janice and her aide Ms. Loretta.

Ben's first bath

 Ben had his first bath on September 7th...he loves the water!  He just laid there so calm!  He really likes his hair washed!

My little guy!!  He has been such a good baby!  The girls love him so much!  Kenzie loves to hold him and Hannah likes to rub his head while she sucks her thumb!  It is so cute watching them, really enjoying every moment of this!!

Tigers vs. Kansas City Royals

 Gary and the girls went to the Tigers game on September 1st (this was the game we were supposed to go to on May 15th but was rained out) since Ben was only a week old, Mommy & Ben stayed home.  Uncle Kevin, Erika & Danny went instead.  They were giving away Magglio bats!

 Before they left for the game the girls were saying how they were going to get their picture taken with Paws and Kenzie even said she was going to give him a hug...guess that didn't happen!  Apparently Paws touched Hannah's hair and that was the end of it!!

On the field!  The girls had a great time at the game even though they never really saw any of the game because it was really hot that day.  Hannah stills brings it up she always says "Had fun at baseball game!"  Too bad me and Ben couldn't go, but I'm glad they all had fun!

Lots of Visitors

 The Bernals came to visit on Saturday August 27th.  Here is Uncle John & Ben.

 Later on Saturday Aunt Beth, Uncle Todd & Tanner came to see Ben for the first time.

 Uncle Chris, Aunt Laura, Abby & Brayden also came to see the newest member of the family.

 Papa Dale got to meet his newest grandchild (#10).  Aunt Megan, Uncle Joe, Max and Grandma were all there too!

On Wednesday August 31st we went up to visit with Grandpa Grimes so he could meet his newest grandchild (#16)!  He was very happy to meet Ben.
