7 months old

 Ben turned 7 months old on Saturday March 24, 2012.  I can't believe how fast he is growing.  He is rolling really good now and can sit up by himself for a short time.  He is such a happy little guy!  He also got his first tooth.  He likes to eat pretty much anything we give him and likes to drink from a cup like his big sisters.

 He can push himself around in his walker, but only backwards so he gets stuck sometimes.  Here he is under the table.

Field Trip to the Zoo

 We went to the Shanghai Zoo for a field trip on Thursday March 22, 2012.  Kenzie's class have been learning about animals so we went to learn more and see the animals.  Our group was Me, Kenzie and Ginevra.  We had lots of fun seeing the animals.  We also had to look for 2 legged animals, 4 legged animals and animals with AB patterns.  We also had a list to cross off of the animals we saw.

Checking out the cage they use to transport the gorillas.  It was funny the girls were in here and Mr. Ginter went around to the other side and made a gorilla sound and scared all the girls!  It was pretty funny!
We had great weather for the zoo and everyone had a great time.  We will have to take Gary, Hannah and Ben back to check it out.

Jade Buddha Temple

 Today I went to The Jade Buddha Temple with Sonal and Manish's Dad to check it out.  There was a little more to see at this one than at Jing'an Temple and it was decorated a little more.

Jing'an Temple

 We went to Jing'an Temple on Sunday to check it out, since it looks really cool.  It is one of the oldest Buddhist Temples in China.  And the oldest in Shanghai.
