We went to the Cider Mill today to get cider & donuts! Here is Kenzie sitting in the apple tree!

Jon & Jenny's Wedding

My cousin (and boss) Jon got married on Saturday to Jenny!

It was a beautiful wedding. The reception was in downtown Detroit at the Westin Book-Cadillac Detroit.

Birmingham Fire Department Open House

Uncle Joe's dad is the Assistant Fire Chief in Birmingham and they were having their Open House today because October is Fire Safety Month. So we went because Kenzie loves Firetrucks!
Kenzie, Mom, Hannah & Aunt Megan with Sparky the Firedog! They had lots of fun things for the kids to do...we went in the smoke house where we learned what to do if there is a fire in the house.
Then Kenzie got to put out a "fire" with the hose, she really liked this!

We didn't think she would go by herself but she climbed all the way up and went down the slide! It took her a while to get up and there were kids lined up behind her but she did it!

They just got this fancy ladder truck so they had it out for everyone to see!

We had lots of fun and learned some new things about fire safety!

Disney on Ice

We went to see Disney on Ice 100 years of Magic on Sunday October 4th at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Gary's work has a suite their so we had really good seats.

Harvest Hayday

We went to Harvest Hayday at the park in Warren today, they had hayrides, a petting zoo & lots of other activities for the kids.

Kenzie & I did a fire training course so Kenzie could get a prize (she wouldn't do it by herself, or really at all so I ended up doing everything while carrying her-let's see those firemen do that!!). Here we are dragging a dummy.

Too bad the weather was so crappy today but we still had fun!!

Home Depot

We went to Home Depot this morning for the Kids Club Workshop where we made a Firehouse Bank. Daddy is out of town so Aunt Kari & Kevin went with us to help. Here is Kenzie eating popcorn while Mommy & Kevin built the banks.
They had the fire department there too but Kenzie refused to go inside the truck, you'd think a girl who loves to see firetrucks would be excited but I think she was a little scared by how big the truck is.

3 Months Old!!

Hard to believe Hannah is already 3 months old! She is getting more fun by the day. She is always smiling (of course not in this picture) and laughs a lot. She is starting to grab toys and love to look around. She is a good baby!
